We read it properly
Your material, room list and square footage tell us most of what we need. If something in the description raises a question, we ask it before quoting rather than after.

We measure on site
A real measure catches what a plan cannot: subfloor condition, moisture, door clearances, transitions and how the room sits relative to the light. It takes under an hour.

You get a firm scope
Material, labour, prep and disposal, itemised. If we spot something under the old floor that changes the work, you hear it with photos before anything is ordered.
